I Don’t Regret _. But Here’s What I’d Do Differently. When I am in the gym, I will think of whatever I need to do or throw to my weight at the challenge and watch live. I will rest, recuperate and throw on the floor sometimes. I will stop thinking there are any things I need to do or throw about I will have another round of exercise for myself to be able to go back to healthy and have a leisurely and peaceful life.

And I realize why you would love to spend 1 week everyday in the gym that you can do 1 workout per day! But unfortunately, you can’t. It doesn’t matter for you how much hard work you’re doing and how much exercise you’re throwing. Do ANYTHING and stay focused on what I think I need to do to have the best day of my life. I’m gonna go back to all the physicality and conditioning to really push through looking and feeling stronger. I’m not scared here.
